The moment I opened the January Color Kitz I had a clear vision for my layout. I like creating a page at the beginning of each year, resonating with the theme I aspire to embrace throughout the upcoming months. For 2024, my friends and I decided that "Don't be too hard on yourself" would be our mantra. I knew this would be the perfect opportunity to pull out some old alphas and give them new life with Shimmerz-It's Mint to Be. 

The ephemera pieces that come with the kit made embellishing a breeze. The tab pieces became the canvas for listing my initial 4 goals that I have set for the year; while the cloud piece bearing the words "small steps every day" perfectly echoed my chosen theme. 

With an array of beautiful papers and embellishments at my disposal, not to mention the magical touch of Shimmerz Paintz, this layout effortlessly came together.
