Mixed Media Altered Baby Shoes For Shimmerz

Hi Crafters :)

Here is my Education Team project for Shimmerz. I bought this baby shoes from the hobby lobby's clearance area. I used Texturez in color Teal Me No Lies and a prima chevron stencil to add texture on the sides of the shoes.  Then I added some coral, green, and lighter blue colors to the shoes. Of course, ever medium I used is from Shimmerz.

You can see here the texture on the sides of the shoes and the extra coral, green, and lighter blue colors.

I used blingz to paint and sprayed shimmerzingz all over the shoes to add extra shimmer. The shimmer and shine are not captured by my camera, but in real life, it is very very shimmery.  The flowers are all colored using Shimmerz's mists to match my whole color theme.

I then went over everything with a little of Shimmerz paint in color Angel wings to add the extra grunginess. 

I used Spritz in color Rock-a-fella blue to add those black paint splatters. 

It is such a fun little project that you can do in a short time. I love how it turned out!!

Multi-photo frame

Here's my first job made by the Tezturez. I sheared the paste, on the edge of the frame, with my finger: I got an uneven coloring with different light points.

Kraft envelopes!

Hi Shimmerz Ladies! Today I want to show you how simple kraft envelopes may become the gift packages for you best friend!

To give a touch of ligth and strong color I used the newest Dazzlerz with two different stencil.

I added various decorative elements and my packages are ready.

A splash of Cotton Candy Spritz to make it even more brillant!

Little pumpkins

Today I present to you the first of my quick and easy projects that I created for Halloween.

I got balls of cotton wool and I colored them with Mandarin Mai Tai Coloring.

I gave them the shape of the pumpkin with the embroidery thread.

I added some green felt for leaves.

Now my little pumpkins are ready!

The heart in the book

Hello everyone! Today I would like to share with you a new altered project.

When sitting down to create my project, I knew I would be using a lot of red so I grabbed any Shimmerz products I had that was red.

I altered the book, the heart of the book!

To carry out my project, it took a few simple step: I cut a few pages of the book, creating a deep niche and I pasted them; I put the electrical parts and glued the electric wires and I got all red products Shimmerz and I started to color, color, color ....

Mirror, mirror on the wall ...

Hi everyone! Today I have a new altered project to share with you! I found to the local market these small mirrors and I decided  to alter them with the help of Shimmerz products.

The Shimmerz products are available in much colors and different type and I created three mirrors each with a  different style.

Products used: Sunny Side Up, Samrock, Carrot Top, Blue By U, Green with Envy and Luscious Lilac Pearlz and Rolling in The Hay Vibez.

Products used: Grammie Berrie and This Spuds 4U Pearlz and Antique Lace, Caramel, Choc-O-Lot, Coal and Aqua Marine Shimmerz.

Products used: Silver Bells and Coal Shimmerz and This Spuds 4U Vibez.

My makeup stuff

I was looking for a new box to put in my bathroom to store some of my makeup stuff. The box had to match with the colors of my bathroom accossories: brown and champagne.

I started with a yellow box and I covered it with fabric. I needed, to decorate the box, embellishments of the right colors. Once selected my embellishments, I gave them the right touch of color with Carmel and Butter Cream Shimmerz, perfect for this box and my bathroom.

Now the box is ready: thanks to Shimmerz products it has the right colors and a new brightness.

Here are my makeup stuff in its new shimmering container.

Handmade tape!

Hello and I hope this is a good day to all!

Today I'm going to show you how to create, in a easy a fun way, some artsy tape. I started with a blank sheet size A4. I covered one side of paper with double-sided tape.

Now comes the fun part: I decored the white side of the sheet with Shimmerz products and some stencils.

I finished the jod by stamping and doodling here and there with a black pen. 

I cut the sheet in many different size strips and so I have my very own artsy tape, to use on scrapbook page, altered items and AJ pages!
