Bright layout with Felicity

Hello!
Felicity here today.
I have been playing with more Shimmerz.  I wanted to create a vibrant background with texture and little sparkle.
To create it, all I did was spray on colour and add a little water to move it around with a brush to blend my colours.
I also add some drips and splatters.
A very simple (no thinking) background. Tee hee.
I love how this page turned out.

Products used:  Colouringz: No yoking, oh say can U sea, Well Blue me down.

Spritz, chance of rain, 

Vibez, Jeni B Bleu, Sweet heart.
