Desert Sunset Using the September Color Kitz Bundle

Hey all, Nicole here today sharing my layout using the September Color Kitz Bundle.  I am documenting a beautiful sunset we saw on our walk in August!

The first thing I did for this page was to use my paints to make my own version of the sunset on the background.

I then used some papers from the kit and fussy cut out the details and added the strips to the layout with foam tape.

I then finished my layout by clustering together all the embellishments from the kit.

Thanks so much for popping on to read about my layout!  I also have a process video for this layout that you can watch here: Desert Sunset Process Video

Take It Easy Using the September Color Kitz

Hey all!  Nicole here with my first page using the September Color Kitz!  I am documenting a photo of me in my favorite room from TeamLabs Borderless in Tokyo.

I first cut the butterfly cut file that is exclusive for the Color Kitz out of kraft paper.  I then lightly traced it on a sheet of watercolor paper.  I used all the paints from the Kitz to make the background behind the butterfly.  Once dry I attached the butterfly to the page with foam tape.  I then attached my watercolor page to the yellow patterned paper as shown.

Next I added my photo to the right of the butterfly.  I then added a little cluster of embellishments from the kit next to my photo.

Lastly I added a little cluster to the top left of my page.  I cut out two strips of paper from the patterned papers, embellished with die cuts and then added some puffy stickers and a dot.

Thanks so much for coming on to read about my layout!  I hope it gets you in a crafty mood.  If you decided to grab this kit from the shop don't forget to use my name Nicole in the shopping cart notes to get a free gift with your order!

Until next time, Nicole Santos

Get 'Em Girl Using the September Color Kitz Bundle

Hey all! Nicole here with another layout using the September Color Kitz Bundle!  This time I made my back ground with the In Deep Coloringz and the Moss-terious Green Vibez from the kit.  I made this background with my unboxing of this kit and you can see it here: https://youtu.be/o21UqAAlc3o

I started my page with paper piecing. I fussy cut out the flowers from the bottom of one of the pages, and tore out the blue stripe from a paper as well.  I distressed those and my pics and placed them on the page.

I used some leftover fussy cut flowers to the lower right of my photos to start a cluster down there.  I grabbed the blue flowers from the die cuts and the sticker sheet to make by three clusters.  I added some embellishments from my stash to finish them off.

I also used some alphas from my stash to make my title and then finished my page with journaling.

Thanks so much for stopping by to read about my page.  I also have a process video that you can watch for this page here: https://youtu.be/Zy8BOBuyI2o

Beautiful West Virginia Using the September Color Kitz Bundle

Hey all, Nicole here with my first project using the Color Kitz Bundle for September.  I made my background using Red-Necking Creameez, Limoncello Shimmerz, and Mango Tango Vibez from the kit.  You can see me create this background here: https://youtu.be/o21UqAAlc3o

I used 2 patterned pieces from the kit to back my photo.  I used red and green to match the photo and make it pop.

Next I used some stickers from the kit to make the little cluster in the top right corner of my page.  I then added a little die cut flower and a brad from my stash.

I added a third die cut cluster to the middle of the page to finish off my visual triangle.  I also added my journaling here and another brad from my stash.

I'm so glad that you stopped by today to read about my layout.  I hope it gives you some ideas on what to do with your September Color Kitz Bundle.  If you are interested in watching my process on YouTube, you can just click this link: https://youtu.be/U2d0Wjhbbjc
