Seaside Canvas

Hello!!!  Stacey here with you today to share a canvas I made over the holiday break :) 

I was at our little holiday house by the beach when I created this.........hence the beachy inspiration!

 

 

 

 

Shimmerz products used:

 

Coloringz Well Blue Me Down and Don't Citron Me

Inklingz Blue Lagoon and Pugnacious Purple

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A bit of stencilling for the background and then I added the Coloringz sprays.  I sprayed some water over the top to give it a watercolour effect.  Do you spy the cute crab down the bottom....he blends into the canvas just like they do on the beach also :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then I started to layer on my embellishments.........

 

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

I wanted to add a little dimension into the canvas, so I added the dark colour Pugnacious Purple to a few of the areas under the shells.

This piece actually brings me to the end of sharing my Shimmerz projects over here.  Unfortunately I am stepping down from the Shimmerz design team.  I am so very thankful to the wonderful Shimmerz family for having me all of these years!  I will miss you all loads!
