Shimmerz on Lace

While creating some lace leaves for a layout, I had a dilemma:

The white lace that I had chosen was just too bright...
Shimmerz to the rescue!

I used my Sea Monkey and Rusty Bottom Shimmerz Vibes Spritz to create a different 'less bright' colored lace. It worked brilliantly and I was so happy with the outcome.

I also liked how the lace left a nice pattern on the paper when I lifted it off.
I'm going to have to try this on a layout, what do you think? Good idea?
