*Shimmerz Inspiration...*

Hi everyone!!
Hope you're doing wonderfully this week!

I'm stopping by today to show you a mini I made by mixing
LOTS and LOTS of Shimmerz with pretty Petaloo's, some Prima's...
stamps, ink, etc...

My mini started as an idea of making an inspirational book for myself.
A book full of little quotes and Bible verses
I've been writing down as see them & fall in ♥ .

So without further adieu, here's my mini:

all spread out...
For my pages I simply used a Maya Road fabric tag book
as well as paper tags, pages from a Jenni B chipboard book, and
various other tags that had quotes on them.

Here's the cover:
for the cover I used the Maya Road canvas fabric tag book that comes nakey.
I used Tim Holtz mini  mask and sprayed
Once it was dry, I stamped a flower in black Staz On ink in
various places, finished it off with Concrete Shimmerz,
added flowers (that were sprayed with Shimmerz Spritz in Ruby,

Here's the inside of the first 2 pages.
The first page was created by spraying Shimmerz
I stamped along the edge with one of my favorite stamps..
On the 2nd page, I used a library card. Sprayed
it with Spritz in Concrete, added the tag that was stamped and
sprayed with Rusty Bottom Vibez and added letter stickers.
The flower is sprayed using Before Dawn.
(the black flower underneath is black, I topped it with Concrete Spritz)

On the "always create" page, I simply sprayed the flower there with
Licorice Shimmerz...
On the opposite page, I started by putting chipboard stars
on the tag book page, sprayed Sunset Strip Vibez
at the top, Hot Fudge at the bottom.
When it was dry, I sprayed Jeni B Bleu where the stars where.
then traced around the stars. I sprayed the chipboard stars
with Penny Pincher Vibez and Hot Fudge Vibez.
(also sprayed the flower with Hot Fudge Vibez.)
this is just a spread of some of the next few pages....
Used TONS of Vibez mixed with several different Spritz colors
to create this dramatic effect you see on 2 of the tag pages.
On this page, I used a circle nesting chipboard piece in several
different places when I sprayed the following Vibez colors:
I stamped in orange, stamped again in black.
I painted the edges of this page with
Tickle Me Turquoise Shimmerz paint.
I sprayed the flower with Sunset Strip Vibez

and on this page, I simply used a felt heart I found lying around as a mask.
I  sprayed Jeni B Bleu over the entire
page and stamped my crown. I placed a tiny flower, sprayed with Sunset Strip
and Penny Pincher Vibez at the side of the crown and wrote my Bible
verse I love out....

For this one, the flower is sprayed with Vibez Red-y or Not
and Grape Escape.  The opposite page is sprayed with Hot Fudge,
Jeni B Bleu (do you see a pattern here? LOL)
and my flowers are sprayed with Red-y or Not and Sunset Strip
topped with Concrete Shimmerz.
I stamped my border all catty-whompas on purpose and
wrote out my Bible verse.
another view of a few more pages...
the butterfly page is made by placing some spare butterfly die cut
negatives I had lying around down, spraying with Jeni B Bleu Vibez
stamping a butterfly, adding a tiny Jeni B Bleu flower and buttons
and one of my VERY favorite quotes.....

The purple flower you see was created with Grape Escape Vibez.
I LOVE that color!

and a closeup of a page with just flowers. These are Petaloo's
that I sprayed with Sunset Strip several times to give it a more
orange effect.  I love how you can create your own intensity of
the Vibez by the number of sprays you use...
On the blue one...I first stamped it with a foam
OLD school Making Memories polka dot stamp
then sprayed Jeni Be Bleu and topped it with a flower
that was already green, I just toned it down with
some Before Dawn Vibez.
My leaves were already green, I just used Blingz in
Pixie Dust for the shimmer.
The flower you see underneath?
That's actually a piece of cardstock I'd used
to spray the Sunset Strip flower...I cut it out
and used it...it was too pretty not to!

There are a few more pages to this book
and I've put the rest of it on my blog if you're wanting to see it
in it's entirety...

thank you so much for letting me share with you today!
I hope you've enjoyed my little inspiration...
may it inspire you today!
xoxo - Leslie.
