Happy Birthday .... for two!

I designed for my little nieces two Happy Birthday tags.

To create an irregular background I covered the surface of the tags with pink tissue paper cut into small pieces. Then I colored it, a bit, with Distress Ink Worm Lipstick.

Then, I sprayed Cotton Candy Shimmerz and ..... I got a brigth background ....

.... and so, where the Shimmerz spray is, the background becomes a lighter pink.

Finaly, first I colored the flower with Pink Shimmerz and then with Angel Wing Shimmerz to give it a double gloss effect.
