Summer Fun Colors

Yes, I am deeper in love with Shimmerz!! I didn't think it was possible.... UNTIL I saw the NEW Summer colors! They are so luscious and vibrant, and of course they are Shimmery! I have been playing with them so much, that I am now in fact out of Island Salsa Blingz LOL I made a couple of little projects to show my new favorite color (Island Salsa) and Tickle-Me Turquoise(*giggle*)

This is such a simple little gift that you can make in just minutes. The acetate die cut is from Creative Cuts & More. They have such a fantastic selection of alterable items. I couldn't resist these little 'bags'. I really wanted the New Blingz to be the cornerstone of the project, so I decided that I would leave the acetate exactly as is. I really like the way that the flowers stand out. The pictures are definitely not the best! I could not get it right for some reason (It's an off day!)




Here is a "picture" - I use the term lightly (sorry!)of the layout I did. I used Tickle-Me Turquoise (*giggle*)on a Prima Flower. Once again, I wanted the color to really stand out! I love painting Shimmerz and Blingz on Prima flowers. They make the most gorgeous embellishments!
