Is it already Summer??

This weeks sketch for the Friday Sketcher blog included a wavy cut on one of the Designer Papers and it inspired me to use my wonderful stamps from the Summer Sea Collection. This Tilda was always one of my favorites out of this collection. She is adorable :-) and certainly makes me smile :-) It is hard to tell on this picture - the background is airbrushed with B00 "frost blue" and to simulate the water i used Shimmerz "under the sea" blingz paint.
