I wanted to create a bright and cheerful girl birthday card. Well... my papers cooperated :-) but not the yucky daylight we still have here in Michigan.This is a close up shot - i have tried to capture the sparkle that my new Shimmerz paints in Marigold and Pixie Dust, gave the balloon and the wings.

Papers: i know i went a little crazy with all the layers :-) are Real Red, Marigold Morning (retiered) Stampin up, patterned paper: DCWV "Citrus Stack"
Embellishments: Martha Stewart Fond and Arched Lettice punch, Prima Marketing, Stampin up Coloring: Neenah Ultra white CS, Memento Ink all other Copic supplies from Markers to airbrush system can be found at 7 kids College fund.
