When I embossed this acetate, and laid it against the black card stock, I knew it needed just a pop of color. I also needed a way to cover up the adhesive in that corner of the acetate. My first thought?? Will Shimmerz work on acetate??
You bet it does! I used the Royal Red Shimmerz and puddled it in the middle of the heart, then used a fine brush to spread it out around the edges. I let it dry for about 5 minutes (it does take just a bit longer to dry because I put it on so thick). When it was all dry, I added a second coat.

I just {heart} the look (corny pun intended) of the red shimmery heart on the acetate. Thanks for letting me share with you, and I hope this inspires you to try a little Shimmerz on your next project using acetate.
Hugs, Jami
