Pink and green...

are very popular "non-traditional" colors to use for Christmas. I was thrilled to see these colors for the new Shimmerz Blingz!

For these cards, I used a holly mask by Heidi Swapp on white cardstock. I sprayed hot pink spray paint over it. I colored in the leaves with Wintergreen and the berries with Pink Poinsettia. I then cut out the designs to use as embellishments on these cards. I am the queen of fussy cutting! It was tough to get a photo that shows just how shimmery these paints are on a dark and cloudy day like today but the colors are so pretty!
