Date Night with Process Video | Niki Rowland

Hey everyone, this is Niki back with a Valentine's layout for you today! I hope you had a great Valentine's Day yesterday. So confession..this photo wasn't actually taken on Valentines Day but we are out on a very rate date night, on our own (!) so it is definitely fitting with Valentine's!

I've used a cut file by Paige Evans, which is available in the Silhouette Store. I cut it quite large and from Marshmallow cardstock. I then coloured it in with lots of different Inklingz and Creameez:

Pink a Boo Inklingz

Strawberry Fields Creameez

Trippin in the Tropics Creameez

Naughty or Nice Inklingz

Steely Blue Eyes Inklingz

No One's Chrome Inklingz.

I spritzed the pots directly with water and let them sit for a short time. I then had a lovely rich paint of each colour to pick up with my paintbrush and apply directly onto the cut file.

Once covered, I added some splatters to the cut file and set it aside to dry.

I stuck the cut file onto a white background. I placed a torn piece of pale pink patterned paper behind the cut file and then set about embellishing. I added my photo and lots of embellishments around the photo to form one large cluster.

I finished off by adding extra splatters to the photo cluster . Here's another look at the layout:

Fresh Start in the New Year

Hello Shimmerz fans! I hope your 2019 is looking bright. Ericka here today with a floral Valentines card using the Shimmerz Fresh Start Stampz set.

I love the flowers in this set and the color and shine of the Sweetheart Vibez are perfect for a Valentine's Day card.

I started by placing a heart stencil on some Bristol Smooth paper in a shoe box, because I can get a little messy, and spraying the Sweetheart Vibez over the stencil. The fine mist of the Vibez was perfect for this delicate stencil. While I waited for it to dry, I stamped and colored these beautiful flowers with Copic markers.

 I fussy cut the images and then attached them to the dry card front with foam adhesive to give them some dimensions.

I splattered a little Royal Purple Shimmerz to front of the card to tie the purple in with the pink. To finish off the card, I added this sentiment from a set in my stash and white heat embossed it.

Hi there! Melissa stopping in today with a Valentine card full of shimmer and texture. And it's super easy to make. Let's get started!

These are the Shimmerz Products I used to make the card~

                                                ~ Tidy Widy and Crushed Coral Texturez
                                                ~ Wed Wagon Shimmerz
                                                ~ Gold Glimmer Blingz
                                                ~ Cotton Candy Spritz

To make the base of the card, I simply spread onto some white cardstock, using a palette knife,  some of the Crushed Coral and Tidy Widy Texturez.

While still wet, I laid a stencil onto the Texturez and then sprayed some of the Cotton Candy Spritz just over the stencil, trying not to get the entire paper.

I then die cut some hearts and coated them with some of the Wed Wagon Shimmerz. When everything was dry, I then added some of the Gold Glimmer Blingz to the hearts and to the parts of the card base as well.

I love these colors together as well as the amazing texture you get using them all together!

It's a little crazy..

Hi everyone. It's Naomi here.
I would like to share a Layout made using this lovely Valentines day limited edition pack.

I coloured some of the love hearts in red and pink using "My bleeding heart", "Cotton candy" and "Hottie pink" and also later on I added "Sparklicious" onto some of them.

I painted these hand cut love hearts with "Hottie Pink"

Then on some of the love hearts, I added "Sparklicious"

OK. Here it is, A little crazy layout...
