November 2025 Color Kitz | Feelin' Gourd | Stephanie Dang

    Hi everyone! I’m Stephanie Dang, and I'm back on the blog today to share my project using this month’s color kitz. Perfect for documenting your Autumn festivities! You will find all supplies to recreate the layout at the bottom of my blog post.

Step 1: Start with orange stripe background. Take the white cardstock and trim 1/4" off each edge and prep with gesso. Let dry.

Step 2: Work with mixed media using Vibez "Rose Gold Red" and Vibez "Burned Out" (this month's exclusive color and spray them around center of page. Create a splatter look effect. Let everything dry.

Step 3: Glue that to the orange stripe background. Take the plaid and tear off two edges and layer that on the main background on top and bottom of page. Tear off the acorn leaves and layer that on top of the plaid at top of page. Tear off the word paper edge and layer that towards bottom of page.

Step 4: Use a rectangular die to diecut a rectangle frame in green plaid paper and attach off center towards left side. Add photo framed in white cardstock. Embellish as seen in photo.

• Shimmerz Paints NOVEMBER 2025 Color Kitz,  VIBEZ (Rose Gold Red), VIBEZ (Burned Out!),  modeling paste,  gesso, foam adhesive, and regular adhesive.
