September 2025 Color Kitz | Howdy | Stephanie Dang

   Hi everyone! I’m Stephanie Dang, and I'm back on the blog today to share my project using this month’s color kitz. This kit is so fun and filled with beautiful splashes of yellow, green, orange, red, and turquoise. Perfect for documenting your summer festivities! You will find all supplies to recreate the layout at the bottom of my blog post.

Step 1: Start with stripe as background layered with the pink chevron. Prep white cardstock with gesso and layered that on top after drying. 

Step 2: Add the color splashes using waterbrush, water, and the following: Shimmerz "Express-Yo-Self", Inklingz "Blue My Mind" for splatters, and  Twinklingz "Mind Your Bees-ness" for the background.

Step 3: Add the photo, and embellish as seen in photo. Finishing the layout with glossy accents.

Supplies:
• Shimmerz Paints SEPTEMBER 2025 Color Kitz,  SHIMMERZ (Express-Yo-Self), INKLINGZ (Blue My Mind), TWINKLINGZ (Mind Your Bees-ness), modeling paste,  gesso, foam adhesive, and regular adhesive.
