Shimmery Clear Snowflake Cards with Melissa

Hi there Shimmerz Fanz! Melissa stopping in with a couple of clear acetate cards that can be used for a quick Christmas and or Thank You card. They could also be used for a Winter Birthday or any occasion really!

I used the following Shimmerz Products to make them:

                                                        ~ Spun Sugar Dazzlerz
~ Well Blue Me Down Coloringz
                                                        ~ Palm Reader Vibez
                                                        ~ Bamboo Leaf Spritz
                                                        ~ Baby's Breath Shimmeringz

To get started, I simply spread some Spun Sugar Dazzlerz onto the center of my acetate card using a palette knife.

I then sprayed the Spun Sugar Dazzlerz with some Well Blue Me Down Coloringz, Palm Reader Vibez and Bamboo Leaf Spritz. While it was still dry, I then sprayed it all over with some Baby's Breath Shimmeringz to "blend" the colors together. Set aside until dry.

I then colored some white seam binding ribbon to match the cards. I first sprayed the ribbon with the Baby's Breath Shimmeringz to wet the ribbon and give it a shimmery base coat.

I then sprayed some ribbon with the Palm Reader Vibez (pictured) and another set of ribbon with some of the Well Blue Me Down Coloringz. While still set, spray again with some more Baby's Breath and then crumble into a ball. Set aside until dry.

I then adhered the ribbon to the card front and added the die cut snowflake and a sparkly gem.

They make a fun looking card with all of that sparkly, shimmery texture!

Perfect for any "Winter" occasion! They would even make a great set of note cards for a last minute gift!

Don't forget, on your next Shimmerz order, just mention my name, Melissa B in the "Notes to Merchant" section in the Paypal Checkout and you will receive a FREE Shimmerz Paints Product in your order! ;)

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year!!
