Below a few process photos I took along the way:
I took a piece of thick card, gave it a base of dark brown acrylic paint, added some clear crackle paste and when dry and crackled, brought it alive with some Hot Fudge spray.
Here's a close up of one of the die cuts (a Heartfelt Creations stamp and die to match. What I love is that the sprays are translucent enough to still show the effect of the stamped image.
Next a focal image, another die cut (this time from Spellbinders) with a little antique image from my stash. (Many of these can be found copyright free online, though this one came from a Papermania Victorian Christmas collection that was available in the UK last year).
Now all that was needed was to put it all together, the sentiment was stamped and the poinsettia was from my stash.
Below a few close ups still:
A few "berries" added with a pearl pen from Viva Decor
The poinsettia, enhanced with a few spritzes of Vibez Hot Fudge
