Pretty Canvas!

 

Hello lovely Shimmerz followers!  Stacey here with you today to share a new canvas creation.  This canvas is 8 x 8 inches in size.  It's super cute and sweet and now I have to find a special spot for it in my home or scraproom.  I love this quote "Love is patient, love is kind".  It's a nice reminder for all of us in this household.  For all of those times we get frustrated and flustered with each other.  We're not perfect but I think the meaning of this quote is something to always work towards. To have more patience and to be kinder than necessary!

 

So here are the Shimmerz products I used for this canvas:

 

Texturez in Sandy Stone

Enamelz in Gold Digger

Spritz in Carribean Sunset and Mango Madness

Vibez in Egg Noggin and Before Dawn

Shimmerz in Coal, Candle Light and Island Salsa

 

 

 

 

I used a stencil for the background and then sprayed with the Spritz colours.

 



 Layered all of my embellishments.  Then continued to add more sprays of mists.

 



 

I applied the Coal Shimmerz underneath some of the embellishments to give a depth to the canvas.

 



 

I dipped the feathers in gold glitter (I've been dying to do this.....thanks to Pinterest) and then sprayed the ends with Egg Noggin and Mango Madness to add a little colour.
