Welcome back to Part 3 of this Shimmerz mini series for February.  We are exploring some more techniques of using a Gelli Plate (or a gelatin plate, if you want to make your own)

So far we are just creating backgrounds, but in future videos I will show you how to go about using it in your art.
For today, we will continue on some of the most basic ways to use a Gelli Plate (or Gelatin Plate)
