Hangin Out Scrapbook Layout Using the March Color Kitz

 Hey all, Nicole here with a page I created with the March Color Kitz Bundle.  I am documenting my youngest and her friend.  I'm also using a sketch from the 30 Days of Sketches Facebook Group.  

The first thing that I did for this layout is find the patterned paper I wanted to use for the triangles.  I decided to use this stripy paper from the kit.  I then cut them into two triangles.  I laid them down on the page to see where I wanted them to go and then I added spray from the kit.

 When the paint was dry I then added my triangles back to the page with double sided sticky tape.  I added my photo down here to the lower right triangle, making sure to lay it down a bit wonky!  I then decided to add a cluster of dotz and wood veneer to each of these triangles.

 Lastly I added this little interest over to the lower left of the page.  I used a sticker that kinda looks like a postage stamp and then added some of the patterned paper on top.  I then added my journaling and my title.

Happy Easter Using the March Color Kitz Bundle

Hey all, Nicole here with my second project this month using the March Color Kitz Bundle!  I am documenting a fun Easter moment from 2020!

I started by making my background with three of the fabulous colors from the kit.  Those colors are: Arti-choked, Spurce It Up, and Dear John Letter.  I show exactly what I did to make this layout on my March unboxing video here: March Shimmerz Unboxing

After my background, I matted my photos with paper from the kit.  I then fussy cut a bunch of flowers from a paper in the kit as well, then glued them all over the green background.  I added all of my Dotz to this page as well as lots of ephemera.

I used the "HAPPY EASTER" ephemera as my title.  I then added simple journaling and my page was done.  I have a process video for this layout that you can enjoy here: Happy Easter Process Video

What An Egghead Using the March Shimmerz Color Kitz Bundle

Hey all, Nicole here with my first layout for this month using the March Color Kitz Bundle!  I am documenting my youngest acting like a complete egghead!

The first thing I did was make my background using three of the beautiful colors that come in the bundle this month.  They are: Quit Yer Wine-n, Pink Caviar, and Dear John Letter!  I made this layout on my unboxing kit video that you can see here: Shimmerz March Unboxing

I then matted my photos with one of the papers from the kit, making sure to tear one edge for the added texture on the page.  After my photos were down on the page, I started adding all the fun stuff, including: stickers and ephemera!

I added my title and some journaling and my page was complete!  I have a process video for this that you can view here: What An Egghead Process Video
