December 2025 Color Kitz | Merry Christmas | Stephanie Dang

      Hi everyone! I’m Stephanie Dang, and I'm back on the blog today to share my project using this month’s color kitz. Perfect for documenting your holiday festivities! You will find all supplies to recreate the layout at the bottom of my blog post.

Step 1: Start with multi-color plaid background. Layer on the yellow that has been sized down to about 10" x 10".  Then take white cardstock and trim down to 9.5" x 9.5" and prep that with gesso. Let dry.

Step 2: Add the color splashes by using waterbrush, and moving around the following colors: Inklingz (Lover's Lips), Shimmerz (Pool Me Close), and Shimmerz (Jilted Jade). Make sure to let each color completely dry before adding the next. Place the snowflake stencil, and spray the Vibez (I Mist You!), and carefully remove the stencil. Let the page dry completely before moving on.

Step 3: Adhere the yellow cardstock diagonally to the plaid background, and then adhere the watercolor background.

Step 4: Add your photo framed in white cardstock, and embellish as seen. Using foam adhesive to make a few die cuts pop.

• Shimmerz Paints DECEMBER 2025 Color Kitz,  VIBEZ (I Mist You!), INKLINGZ (Lover's Lips), Shimmerz (Pool Me Close), Shimmerz (Jilted Jade), gesso, foam adhesive, and regular adhesive.
