Hey, it's MK! I'm so excited to share this project with you today. I create a pretty simple background using paint and stamps.
After I trimmed and matted my photos, I lightly traced around where I wanted them on the layout. With my Inklingz Tarnished Treasure , I painted in 3 spots on my layout where I wanted to build a few clusters. I also used Color Splash Bronze Baby for some splatters around my Tarnished Treasure ink spots. Set that off to dry and went to work on my tree cut files.
I used Creameez in Pining for You and Sage it Ain't So to paint my cut file trees. I also gave them a small trunk using Tarnished Treasure. Set those off to the side to dry.
Going back to my layout, I added stamped trees by painting the stamps with Spritz Bamboo Leaf and stamping slightly above and on the sides of my inky spots. Then I add splatters using the Bamboo Leaf.
Now that every thing is dried, I add the painted tree cut files to the inky spots on the layout along with a couple camping stickers and gold puffy hearts.
