Shimmerz Paints

 Hey, it's MK here with another layout using Shimmerz Paints.  I decided to do something a bit differently today.  I wanted to use some stamp and dies that I have in my collection, but be able to incorporate the Shimmerz Paints I picked out.  Then I remembered the baby wipe stamp pad technique.  Will it work with Shimmerz Paints?  Let's find out....

First I used Inklingz I'm Not Limon, Shimmerz Key Lime and Shimmerz Rita on hte Rocks.  This combination was too light for what I was looking for. So I pulled out Creameez Sage it Ain't So and Pining for You to use with Rita on the Rocks,  The results were light, but I like them.  I die cut them out and then inked the edges with whatever green ink was on my sponge daubber.  To give them a little more dimension, I used a roller ball stylus on the leaves,

I gesso'd a craft piece of cardstock and then used Creameez in Green Goddess and Boogie Boarding Blue to put a haze around where my photos are going to go.

Once the background was dried I glued my photos down. I added the Shimmerz leaves as well as a few other die cuts and stickers around the photos and the title.  Then I sprinkled around the layout using Vibes Wild Spruce Chase and Love Ocean #9.

Lastly, I distressed the edges of the craft cardstock and glued it to a leafy print.
