A watercolour textured background with Shimmerz Paints.

Hey there.

I have a video for you today on how I created a cool watercolour effect on watercolour paper using Shimmerz Paints, a Crafters Workshop Template, texture paste and water!  Its a basic technique with a very cool outcome, which it really hard to mess up....you will get different results- which will be brilliant, every time you try this!
