Add Shimmerz to your Chipboard!

One of my favorite things to do is add Shimmerz, Blingz, or Spritz to raw chipboard! I think that is how I use all of the wonderful Shimmerz products the most. Well, and maybe on flowers too. LOL! :) Anyway, this is a layout I did of my precious girls:Papers: Paper Trey Inc., Bazzill, Strathmore 140lb. watercolor paper, Memory Box Co. Poppyfinch
Tools: Making Memories distressing tool, Basic Grey file set
Alpha: Quickutz studio, Making Memories tiny alpha stickers, Basic Grey chipboard 's'
Derwent Watercolor Pencils: 30, 31, 34
Stamps: Memory Box Co. Butterfly Collage E1060
Stamp Ink: VersaFine vintage sepia, Colorbox Fluid Chalk chestnut roan
Embellishments: Glue Dots pop up, Memory Box Co. pearl stickers white, Making Memories spotlight paint, Shimmerz buttercream, Stickles cinnamon, Creative Café ticket and stickers, Heidi Swapp journaling spot, Dew Drops champaine, Deluxe Designs chipboard

First, I painted the chipboard 's' and the chipboard flourish with acrylic paint. After it dried, I added some Buttercream Shimmerz. Then once that dried, I stamped on top of the chipboard pieces. I love the look, and will be using this technique quite a bit. I hope you will give it a try too! Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy your Wednesday!
