Happy Summer

For a this cute card i wanted in addition to the epoxy stickers create a "wet" watery" feel, so i used lots of Shimmerz spritz on the entire card.
Stamps: Hilda on innertube, Sentiment: Computer generated
Papers: My Minds Eye and Stmpin up
Embellishments: Shimmerz Spritz, some "splash" stickers and Stampin up ribbons
Tools: several sizes of circle Nestabilities with Big Shot
