Gesso and Shimmerz - a beautiful combo!

Hey, it's Lucy with some messy fun - gesso, Shimmerz and crumpling!! I was working with the Earth Love line from Cosmo Cricket and wanted to create a textured background to my layout. Here's how I did it:


I dry brushed over the background paper with gesso and let it dry. Then misted with Licorice Spritz and Baby's Breath Spritz for a pearly irridescence. Crumple the paper while it is still damp with the Spritz and let it dry for a gorgeous, textured effect!
